By accessing or placing an order through the Indigenous Coffee Culture ("ICC") online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our store. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our store.
ICC is operated by Tekina Consulting Solutions LLC. References to "ICC," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Indigenous Coffee Culture and its parent company, Tekina Consulting Solutions LLC.
2. Our Products & Roasting Process
ICC is a specialty coffee brand committed to cultural reclamation, heritage, and community-centered enterprise. We take pride in delivering the freshest roasted coffee directly to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.
Fresh-to-Order Roasting Promise:
By ordering from ICC, you acknowledge that our made-to-order model means orders cannot be cancelled once the roasting process has begun.
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. ICC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. ICC reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
3.3 Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3.4 Taxes
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.

ICC ships freshly roasted coffee to customers around the world. We are proud to bring the goodness of freshly roasted coffee beans directly to your doorstep, wherever you are.
If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at the information provided below and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our roasted coffee products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on roasted coffee.
However, if you receive a product that is:
please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Photographic evidence of the issue may be required.

All content on the ICC online store — including but not limited to the ICC name, logo, GUATIAO Ally Symbol, Taino cultural imagery, product descriptions, photography, and brand materials — is the exclusive property of Indigenous Coffee Culture and Tekina Consulting Solutions LLC, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any ICC content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of ICC's cultural symbols, brand identity, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

THE ICC ONLINE STORE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ICC does not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tekina Consulting Solutions LLC and Indigenous Coffee Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the store or purchase of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the store shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Tekina Consulting Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ICC store shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules before resort to litigation.

ICC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the store.
